Terms of Service

TestPass is operated by Moonbyte Labs, India ("we"). By using TestPass you agree to these terms. Contact: moonbytelabs.support@gmail.com.

1. What we do — and what we don't promise

• Production access is decided by Google. We guarantee testers and engagement — the promised number of real testers, opted in and checking in daily for 14 days — not Google's approval.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of Google. "Google Play" is a trademark of Google LLC.
• Testers are real people on real devices. We do not use bots, emulators, click farms or fake installs, and we remove accounts that do.

2. Closed testing service

• You must own or be authorised to manage the app and its Play Console account, and your app must follow Google Play policies. We may reject apps that are illegal, harmful, adult, gambling or that collect data deceptively.
• You are responsible for setting up the closed track, Google Group or opt-in link correctly and keeping them active for the full test.
• A test "day" counts when 12 or more assigned testers are opted in, measured at midnight India time. Our dashboard is a guide; Play Console is the source of truth.
• Feedback reflects testers' own opinions. We moderate it for quality but don't guarantee its content.

3. Testers

• One account per person and one person per device. Use the same Google account that joins the test group. Duplicate accounts, shared devices, VPN farming or copied feedback lead to removal and loss of credits.
• Check in honestly: actually open and use the app. Feedback must be your own words.
• Credits have no cash value except as described: 2 credits per accepted check-in; 1 credit = ₹1 off TestPass purchases (up to 50% of a price) or ₹0.5 by UPI payout from 200 credits. We may withhold credits earned through fraud. Payouts are manual and usually processed within 7 working days.
• You are responsible for any taxes on payouts you receive.

4. App Build to Launch projects

• Scope is defined in the written quote. Work outside the quote is estimated and billed separately.
• Payments are in milestones: 40% advance, 40% after closed testing and 20% at Play Store launch, unless the quote says otherwise.
• The quote lists included revisions (by default two rounds of design changes and one round of changes after testing).
• Source code ownership transfers to you after the final payment. Until then we keep the code and you get test builds (APKs) for review.
• Instant estimates on the website are rough guides. The final price is the quote we send after the free consultation.
• Third-party costs (Google Play developer fee, paid APIs, servers you choose) are paid by you.

5. Payments

Prices in India are in ₹ and processed by Razorpay; international prices are in US$ and processed by PayPal. Payments are one-time; nothing renews automatically. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service, attack it, scrape it, or upload malware or other people's data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved. We are not liable for lost profits, Google's decisions about your app or account, or indirect damages.

8. Changes and law

We may update these terms; we'll post the new date here. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
