Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 October 2026 · Moonbyte Labs

TestPass is operated by Moonbyte Labs. This policy explains what we collect and why. Questions: moonbytelabs.support@gmail.com.

What we collect

  • Account: your name, email and profile picture from Google sign-in.
  • Developers: app details you submit (name, package name, links, icon, descriptions).
  • Testers: phone model, Android version, an anonymous device identifier (to stop duplicate accounts), your UPI ID if you request payouts, and the feedback, ratings and screenshots you submit.
  • Build clients: contact details, WhatsApp number and project requirements you send us.
  • Payments: handled by Razorpay and PayPal. We store the order and payment IDs and amounts, never card or bank details.
  • Usage: privacy-friendly, cookie-free page statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and error reports to fix bugs.

How we use it

To run tests, match testers to apps, show developers feedback, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud, send notifications you asked for, and support you. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who sees what

  • Developers see feedback, ratings, screenshots, device model and Android version from testers on their app, and testers' emails only if needed to add them to the test.
  • Service providers who process data for us: Supabase (database and storage), Cloudflare (hosting), Razorpay and PayPal (payments), Telegram and Brevo (notifications you enable).

Your choices

You can edit your profile, turn off emails, disconnect Telegram and push notifications at any time. To delete your account and data, email us from your account email; we delete within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.

Security & retention

Data is protected with row-level security so people can only see what they are allowed to. We keep test data for as long as your account is active and payment records as required by Indian law.

Children

TestPass is not for children under 18.
