For developers
When do testers start?
After you pay (or use credits) we review your app, usually within one working day. On approval testers are assigned immediately and start opting in within hours.
How is the day counter calculated?
Each night (India time) we count testers who confirmed they opted in. If there are 12 or more, the counter goes up by one; if fewer, it restarts. Play Console remains the official count.
Can I update my app during the test?
Yes — please do. Upload new builds to the same closed track. Testers get the update from the Play Store automatically.
What is the health score?
A 0–100 score that combines your buffer above 12 testers, how many testers checked in recently and the quality of feedback. Below 50 means a high risk of the count dropping.
What is Google Play's 12 testers for 14 days rule?
Personal Google Play developer accounts created after 13 November 2023 must run a closed test with at least 12 testers who have stayed opted in for the last 14 days in a row. Only then can you apply for production access and publish to everyone.
Do you guarantee Google will approve my app?
No — and nobody honestly can. Production access is decided by Google. We guarantee the part we control: the promised number of real testers, opted in and engaging daily for 14 days, with written feedback you can use in your application.
Are the testers real people?
Yes. Every tester is a real person with a verified Google account and a real Android phone. We do not use bots, emulators or fake installs, and we flag duplicate accounts and devices automatically.
What happens if a tester leaves?
Every plan includes buffer testers above 12 (3 on Starter, 13 on Pro). If someone stops checking in, our system removes them and adds a replacement from the pool, so you stay above 12. If the count still falls below 12 because of us, we rerun your test for free.
For testers
How do I join a test?
Open your Tester dashboard, pick an assigned app and tap Join test. Join the Google Group (if shown), open the Play opt-in link with the same Google account that's on your phone, tap Become a tester and install the app from the Play Store.
What is a daily check-in?
Open the app, use it for a few minutes, then submit a rating and at least 30 characters of honest feedback. Each accepted check-in earns 2 credits. Bug reports need a screenshot.
Why was I removed from a test?
If you don't check in for 3 days, we give your place to a buffer tester so the developer's 14-day count is safe. Stay active to keep your streak and level.
How do payouts work?
Add your UPI ID in Account, then request a payout from 200 credits. 1 credit = ₹0.5. Payouts are sent manually within 7 working days.
Why is my account under review?
Our system flags accounts that share a device or UPI ID with another account. Contact support if you think it's a mistake.
Payments, refunds & builds
What if you don't deliver the promised testers?
If we can't assign the promised tester count within 3 days of approval, you get a full refund. If the test fails because our tester count dropped, we rerun it free. See our Refund Policy for details.
How does the free Swap plan work?
Join as a tester and test other members' apps. Each daily check-in earns 2 credits and finishing a test earns a 10-credit bonus. Spend 400 credits to start your own 14-day test with 15 testers.
Can you build my app too?
Yes. Tell us your idea in the Build My App form, get an instant rough estimate and book a free call. We design, build, run the closed test (included free) and launch your app on Google Play. Source code is yours after the final payment.
